About Me
I’m a product manager who works on the systems that sit behind the scenes and keep organizations running.

I build platform products, internal tools, and operational workflows in environments where processes are manual, data is fragmented, and execution breaks at scale. My focus is on turning those constraints into structured systems that are reliable, measurable, and easier to operate.

I’ve worked across supply chain, fintech, and enterprise contexts, owning products such as forecasting models, decision-support tools, workflow automation, and system integrations used by operators, analysts, and leadership teams. My role typically involves defining system boundaries, aligning engineering and operations, and making tradeoffs that prioritize long-term stability over short-term polish.

I hold an MBA from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business, with a focus on operations, strategy, and building scalable product-led systems.

I’m particularly interested in applying data, automation, and AI in constrained, real-world settings, outside of shipping products, I spend time writing and thinking about systems design, agentic workflows, and why most internal tools fail adoption. I value clarity, discipline, and execution over hype.

EXPERIENCE

Nike Inc.
During my internship at Nike Inc., I developed a 20-quarter strategic estimation model to optimize cost structures for digital and non-digital channels, achieving a 16% reduction in direct variable costs per unit and impacting 400 million units. I also analyzed the conversion of temporary to full-time workers at the North American Logistics Campus, evaluating a $40 million cost implication. This experience enhanced my skills in supply chain optimization, strategic decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.
Fruition Micro Credit
At Fruition Micro Credit, a bootstrapped startup, I played a pivotal role in building a loan management software platform from the ground up, driving it from concept to execution. As a Senior Product Manager, I defined the product roadmap, translated business needs into intuitive user features, and optimized operational workflows to enhance efficiency. By streamlining the loan application process, I reduced processing time from eight days to three, enabling faster capital access for underserved women entrepreneurs. Given the resource constraints of a startup environment, I collaborated closely with engineering, compliance, and customer support teams to ensure the platform met both regulatory requirements and user expectations while maintaining a lean development approach. This experience reinforced my ability to build products from 0 to 1, navigate ambiguity, and drive product adoption in fast-moving, high-impact financial technology solutions.
Deloitte Touche
During my brief yet impactful stint as a Product Manager at Deloitte in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, from March 2023 to July 2023, I introduced the AGILE methodology to project management, revolutionizing the way we approached timelines and project execution. I conducted extensive research and in-depth analysis, aiming to provide valuable insights and recommendations for the successful implementation of projects. These efforts bore fruit as I presented the findings to the management team, and the recommendations were swiftly adopted, underscoring the effectiveness of our collaborative approach to decision-making and project optimization. My tenure at Deloitte was marked by a commitment to innovation and efficiency, leaving a lasting impact on our project management processes and outcomes.
Publicis Sapient
During my tenure as an APM 2 at Publicis Sapient in Bengaluru, India, which began in April 2021 and continues to date, I have led several transformative initiatives within the ETRM domain, with a primary focus on our esteemed client, ENI SpA. One of our most noteworthy accomplishments has been the development and implementation of a groundbreaking Carbon-Neutral feature, which not only improved time efficiency by a remarkable 70% but also resulted in the successful booking of 1500 Carbon-Neutral deals. Additionally, I introduced a robust functionality for energy-swap commodities, employing Java and SQL, resulting in a significant 40% reduction in report-generation time, thereby enhancing overall operational efficiency. Beyond these technical achievements, I also undertook the critical task of training and supervising a team of six new hires for a data migration project, transitioning operations from Oil to GPEL (Gas, Power, Energy, and LNG) in just five weeks, a remarkable feat given the initial three-month timeline.
Eka Softwares
During my tenure as a APM at Eka Software Pvt Ltd. in Bengaluru, India, from November 2018 to April 2021, I played a pivotal role in enhancing the capabilities of EKA-One Software within the CTRM and ETRM domains. In the CTRM domain, working with clients such as ARROW, EASTERN ALLOYS, and INASHCO, I designed a critical Allocation Feature. This innovation significantly streamlined contract processing, saving approximately 10 minutes per contract by eliminating the need for manual stock volume and tolerance calculations during invoicing, while also ensuring accurate stock allocation to buyers and sellers. Additionally, in the ETRM domain, serving clients like MANUCHAR, ULTIMATE ENERGY, and BROADGRAIN COMMODITIES.

As part of an initiative to modernize microfinance operations, I led the development of a prototype platform designed to digitize and streamline the loan disbursement process for Microfinance Institutions (MFIs). Traditionally taking 10–45 days, our solution reduced the end-to-end cycle to just 3–4 days, significantly improving access to credit for underserved communities.
